Phil is a really good instructor. The course combined clear legal advice and positions with practical examples of how and when to use the very minimum force to keep children and vulnerable adults safe. Maybe not the nicest subject area but still vital knowledge. I would definitely recommend this course.

Well facilitated course, which covered the some useful and very important information for the group. We were able to discuss matters in smaller groups and as a whole group to deepen our understanding and I have come out of the day feeling more confident and informed.

It was fantastic, I feel extremely well informed and up to date with laws regarding safe guarding. Zen allowed for conversation without pressure for time or getting through the material. Very supportive of all questions and discussions as well.
