Absolutely. We offer a “Flexible First” model. If you have school commitments or travel restrictions, you can join our Live Virtual sessions. These are interactive, real-time seminars led by expert facilitators, ensuring you receive the same high-quality training as those in the room.
No. There are no traditional exams. Assessment is conducted via a single open-book case study at the end of the programme. You will be given an eight-day window to provide a strategic response to a real-world school scenario, demonstrating your leadership skills in practice.
Specialist NPQs (12 months) are ideal for classroom teachers and middle leaders looking to master specific areas like pedagogy or behaviour. Leadership NPQs (18–22 months) are designed for those in, or moving into, senior management, headship, or executive leadership roles.
Yes, we accept self-funded educators. However, since NPQs require you to implement projects within a school setting, you must have the support of your school leadership to gather evidence and apply your learning. We can provide you with a “Business Case” template to help you secure school sponsorship.
The programmes are designed for busy educators. On average, you will spend 1–2 hours per week on self-paced study through our digital portal, alongside occasional workshops (In-Person or Live Virtual) throughout the year.
